Recognition ceremonies
To complement University-wide Commencement, colleges and academic units host smaller recognition ceremonies where student names are read, graduates cross the stage, and diploma covers are distributed. Recognition ceremonies will be held across three campus locations on Friday and Saturday, May 15-16. Find ceremonies by college and academic unit below.
All recognition ceremonies require tickets for guest entry. Graduates can receive up to six (6) tickets with the option to request additional tickets, should they become available, through the RSVP form. The University Honors Program ceremony only guarantees three (3) guest tickets per RSVP’d graduate due to the size of the ceremony. Digital tickets will be sent to student email accounts approximately one week prior to commencement ceremonies.
Note: Doors open and graduates line up one (1) hour before ceremonies begin, with the exception of the Graduate School ceremony.
