Faculty and staff are the heartbeat of CSU. Thank you for all you do each day to support Rams in achieving their dreams! As a CSU employee, there are many ways for you to participate in commencement, whether you’re supporting events directly or joining the cheering section.
If you wish to attend University-wide Commencement and/or require a parking pass to be on main campus on May 16, please fill out this form by Friday, March 21. Alternatively, if you would like to support commencement operations in one of 800+ roles, please fill out the event support interest form.

FAQs
How do faculty and staff order regalia?
Faculty ordering and shipping are coordinated by each college office. Please reach out to your college commencement coordinator to make your order. If you do not know who your commencement coordinator, please contact your college dean’s office.
Can employees work remotely during commencement?
Yes. Employees who can work from home or other remote locations on Thursday, May 15, and Friday, May 16, 2025, should consider making arrangements with their department heads or supervisors in advance. If you must come to campus, vehicles must be removed in accordance with campus repark. Supervisors are encouraged to accommodate employee requests for remote work, if feasible.
Employees who require a parking pass for Friday and/or would like a ticket to attend University-wide Commencement should fill out this request form by Friday, March 21, 2025.
Is event support needed?
Yes. More than 800 people are needed to fill a variety of roles throughout commencement weekend. Please sign up here to be informed of opportunities.

Please connect with the commencement coordinator in your college or department for additional details. If you do not know who your commencement coordinator is, please contact your department chair or email [email protected].
What should I do for parking during commencement?

Please note that campus repark will be utilized on Friday, May 16, for University-wide Commencement, and employees are encouraged to work remotely on Thursday and Friday, if possible. Employees who require a parking pass for Friday and/or would like a ticket to attend University-wide Commencement should fill out this request form by Friday, March 21, 2025.
For those who are directly supporting commencement events and have signed up through the involvement form, Friday parking passes will be coordinated for you.
