Good morning!

We need your help to celebrate our students who are completing their CSU journey this May! All faculty and staff are invited to participate in University-wide Commencement on Saturday, May 16, as 5,000 CSU students celebrate this milestone together at Canvas Stadium.

  • Friday regalia deadline! Faculty planning to participate in a formal processional who do not yet have regalia must order through their home college by Friday, Feb. 27. Colleges coordinate regalia orders directly with Jostens. If you are unsure who to contact, please reach out to your dean’s office.
  • If you’d like to participate in the University-wide Commencement processional or help out in a less formal role, you can sign up to support Commencement Weekend. The form allows you to sign up as an individual or group, select the dates and times that work best for you, and indicate your preferred responsibilities, to help event coordinators match volunteers with preferred roles.
  • To participate in your college recognition ceremonies, please contact your Commencement Coordinator or dean’s office.

Additional commencement details are available on the Commencement website, and please reach out if you have additional questions or if there is anything we can do to support.

Thank you for all you do,
—The CSU Commencement Team
