Greetings, seniors!
As you prepare to head into fall break, we wanted to remind you to share the following details with your families and supporters about Spring 2026 commencement:
- University-wide Commencement is from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Canvas Stadium.
- University-wide Commencement is when all graduates are celebrated at Canvas Stadium. There are no tickets or parking passes needed for this event.
- Recognition ceremonies will be held May 15-16, hosted by college and academic unit. Find your ceremony on the website and save the date!
- At a recognition ceremony, the college or academic unit reads student names and distributes diploma covers.
- Guest tickets are required for recognition ceremonies. Students are allotted six (6) guests (three (3) for the Honors Program ceremony), and students may request additional tickets through the RSVP form on RAMweb.
Additional tickets, should they become available, are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Graduates should plan to attend both the University-wide Commencement and their respective recognition ceremony. Check out the commencement website for more and review the bachelor’s degree checklist to ensure you’re on track for May.
There is also a commencement webpage just for guests to help family members, mentors, and friends get all the information they need to come cheer you on.
Finally, CONGRATULATIONS to those of you finishing your degree credits next month! There is still time to order a cap and gown with a 2025 tassel through Jostens (deadline: Dec. 31, 2025).

Hello, master’s and doctoral students!
Congratulations on making it to fall break – just a few more weeks until the semester wraps up and some of you conclude your journey as a CSU Ram!
Remember, the Graduate School’s fall commencement ceremony is 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, at Moby Arena. Participating students should arrive at Moby by 9 a.m. for line-up.
Students finishing their degree requirements this semester, or in Spring, Summer, or Fall 2026 are also invited to join spring commencement ceremonies, which include University-wide Commencement (10-11:30 a.m., May 16) and recognition ceremonies (held May 15-16).
University-wide Commencement will not be ticketed. Recognition ceremonies will be ticketed with each graduating student able to request up to six (6) guest tickets. Additional tickets may be requested through the RAMweb spring commencement RSVP form.
Finally, don’t forget to share information with your family, friends, mentors, and supporters so they can make plans to attend and celebrate your milestone achievement.
