As part of that promise, the Alumni Association is offering two options for everyone who already purchased a Grad Pack (cap, tassel, and gown rental, plus Alumni Association membership):
- Transfer your order in full to December to participate in the fall 2020 commencement ceremony. Your Alumni Association membership will begin in May and continue for a full year after December’s ceremony.
- Get a full refund on your complete order and receive a complimentary 1-year membership in the Alumni Association beginning in May.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like a refund. If you’d like to transfer your order, do nothing and we’ll take care of the rest. For the most timely and efficient refund, kindly respond by June 30.
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! You are part of our alumni family, no matter how or when you celebrate. The Alumni Association is always here for you with career services (including 1:1 consultations), networking opportunities, professional development webinars and workshops, and fellowship through online and in-person (just as soon as we’re able) events.

Diplomas will be mailed to graduates six to eight weeks after the end of the semester.
Graduation Announcements and Class Ring Sales
Our partners are representatives from CB Grad Announcements (announcements) and Josten’s (class rings). Announcement orders may be placed at www.cbgrad.com or by calling (800) 433-0296. Customized orders are returned within seven days of being ordered.
Generic announcements (non-personalized announcements) may be purchased at the University Bookstore at any time.
