Degrees are conferred within four to six weeks after grades are due. Before ordering an official transcript to confirm you have graduated, log into RAMweb and click on the “Transcript (Unofficial)” link. Conferred degrees appear toward the top of unofficial transcript.

Once this is reflected on your unofficial transcript, it will also be on your official transcript. Diplomas can take six to eight weeks to be mailed to students providing they do not have a hold (such as a financial hold) that prevents the release of a transcript or diploma. For more information contact registrarsoffice@colostate.edu.

Note: Students with multiple majors will not have their name print under each major in the commencement program. It is the policy of the university that a plus symbol will be printed after their name to signify they have more than one major.
