Undergraduate Degrees
- Login to RAMweb to confirm your anticipated degree completion date is accurate and update your address to receive your diploma at the preferred location.
- Your anticipated graduation date in RAMweb should accurately reflect the term you anticipate completing all of your degree requirements. If it is correct, no action is needed. To make updates, contact the Office of the Registrar.
- You can also meet with your academic advisor to ensure you’re on track for degree completion.
- RSVP for University-wide Commencement and your respective recognition ceremony.
- Order your cap and gown with the Alumni Association’s Grad Packs.
- Graduates are required to dress in traditional regalia for University-wide Commencement and recognition ceremonies, with the exception of the Honors Program ceremony.
- Save important dates and deadlines.
- Invite your fan section to the ceremonies and share this page with your guests!
- Personalized graduation announcements can be ordered through CB Grad; non-personalized announcements are available at the CSU Bookstore.
- Pick up your cap and gown at Grad Fest, April 16-18, 2025, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Alumni Center.
- Don’t forget: Photo ID required for pick-up!
- If you can’t make it in April, final regalia distribution will take place May 15-16, ahead of University-wide Commencement.
- Get ready for your career!
- Visit the Career Center and meet with a career advisor.
- Attend career fairs like the spring all-campus career fair.
- Search for job and internship opportunities through Handshake.
- Complete the CSU First Destination Survey to share your post-graduation plans.
- Explore Alumni Association services for after you graduate!
Graduate Degrees
- Submit the GS25: Application for Graduation form to the Graduate School by February 13.
- The GS25 application is the first step in a multi-step process with the Graduate School.
- Graduate students should communicate with the Graduate School for all academic and degree conferral questions.
- Review the Graduate School’s academic deadlines for completing degree requirement.
- RSVP for University-wide Commencement and your respective recognition ceremony.
